Do you travel across Mallorca and beyond?

Yes. Coverage across Mallorca is included. For other Balearic islands, mainland Spain, or destinations, travel is billed at cost (efficient routes, economy fares, reasonable accommodation).

What’s your approach on a wedding day?

Documentary with an editorial eye: minimal direction, natural light when it’s at its best, and relaxed portraits so you spend time with your guests—not the camera.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak dates (May–September) often book 9–12+ months ahead. If your date is set, inquire early to secure your team.

How many hours do we need?

Most weddings are well covered in 8–10 hours (getting-ready → first dance). Add coverage for after-party, pre-wedding dinners, or day-after sessions.

How many images do we receive?

A typical full-day gallery includes 600–800+ curated images, all individually edited for color, contrast, and tone.

When do we get our photos?

Sneak peeks within 48 hours. The full gallery typically in 5-6 weeks (season dependent).

Do you deliver RAW files?

No. You receive carefully edited, high-resolution JPEGs ready for print and web. RAWs aren’t part of the deliverables.

Can we print and share our photos?

Yes, personal print & sharing rights are included. For commercial/editorial usage (brands, press), ask us and we’ll sort licensing.

Do you work with videographers and planners?

Seamlessly. We align timelines and light so photo + video complement each other. We’re used to working with top Mallorca planners and filmmakers.

Film photography & portrait station—can we add them?

Absolutely. 35mm/medium-format film and our portrait station.

Do you bring backup gear and protect our files?

Yes, dual-slot cameras, multiple bodies/lenses, on-site file redundancy, and off-site backups after the event.

What if it rains or the wind picks up?

We adapt. Together with your planner and the venue we set a clear Plan B for ceremony, portraits, and dinner. We choose sheltered/tented areas and adjust the timeline and lighting so the look and story stay consistent.

Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes. We design bespoke albums and fine-art prints. You can also order directly from your online gallery (Pic-Time).

How do group photos work if we prefer candid coverage?

We keep them short and efficient with a focused list of 10–12 key groups. It usually takes 10–15 minutes in flattering light so you can get back to the celebration.

Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly and family-inclusive?

Absolutely 100%. Every story is welcome and celebrated.

What’s the booking process?

Proposal + contract, a 25% retainer to reserve the date, and the remaining balance 7 days before the event. Everything is handled online.

Do you cover welcome parties or multi-day events?

Yes. We can photograph welcome drinks, boat days, brunches, and editorial sessions before or after the wedding.

Is drone coverage possible?

Yes, where permitted by local regulations and the venue. We arrange permits and safety in advance.

Do you speak English/Spanish?

Yes-both. We also speak Catalan/Mallorquín for smooth local coordination.
